Return policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Your satisfaction is important to us - so if you do not like an item contrary to expectations, you can easily return it within 30 days of receipt of the goods under the conditions of our right of withdrawal and terms and conditions.
Returns that can be sent by parcel:
Returning an item is quick and easy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Please contact us via our contact form or directly by e-mail at info@codeso-living.de. On request, we will send you a return label for goods that can be sent by parcel.
Cost of the return:
Germany: €1.95
Austria & Netherlands: € 12.95
Netherlands: € 12.95
If possible, please pack your product in the original box. The goods should not show any signs of wear that go beyond what is permitted by law.
Send the goods back to us immediately. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 30-day return period.
Once we have received the item, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days.
Exceptions:
1. If the return falls below the minimum order value for free delivery (100 €), the shipping costs of 4.95 € will be deducted from the refund.
2. In the case of parcels that are not picked up (e. g. in a DHL or DPD branch) and sent back to us, we keep the return costs incurred i.H.v. 4,95 € .
RETURN OF NON-PARCELABLE GOODS / FORWARDING DELIVERIES:
Freight forwarding goods that you would like to return will generally be picked up by a forwarding company and by prior appointment with you. Please contact a carrier of your choice directly (NOT Codeso Living) to clarify everything else. Freight forwarders will only pick up the goods in appropriate transport packaging . Therefore, please make sure to return the goods intact / in their original condition in the original packaging. So please do not dispose of the boxes until you have inspected the goods and want to keep them.
The direct costs of a return of goods that cannot be sent by parcel , i.e. products that we have sent by freight forwarder, are to be borne by you. The costs for this are estimated at a maximum of about 120 € within Germany.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special orders with individual configurations
- Customized products
